Vaulted Velux - Preston
Customers had a poorly fitted velux, so we replaced and refitted with a new window. Constructed a new timber frame, fitted new insulation and plaster boarded to fit correctly then skim finished.
Outhouse roof - lancaster
Customers roof began to bow due to rotten joists caused by a hole in the felt, so we refurbished the entire roof using new breathable membrane type felt and treated timber. Also used weather treated plywood for the underneath ceiling.
Loft Ladder Bare
Customer wanted access to their loft so we installed a folding wooden loft ladder complete with loft hatch.
Dale street bathroom refurb
Customer had a leak on the shower valve. We replaced the valve and then re tiled the end wall and replaced the bath screen.
Sloping and vertical combination replacement Velux window
Replacement in white polyurethane.
Bathroom Refit Yealand
Customer wanted us to update their ensuite.
